If your talking about the floor with those yellowish/greyish Phantoms you meet for the first time, yes I can help you. The first task is to get rid of the phantoms and they are tough phantoms, I would say even tougher than the reaplings. First off go to the North West corner and you should see a rock there. If the 1st Phantom is south of the rock, push it south and it will hit it and kill it. If the 2nd Phantom is right of the rock, push it right and kill it. Im not when pushing the rock south will go past the spikes, I forgot, but the rock does appear after a few secounds. Taking the right path, at the end of the path beneath the wall, you bomb a part of the wall and you should than access within the walls. Don't worry about the eyes, they won't make anymore phantoms appear, they just get annoying than.

If it was the floor after the red door when you put the Triforce symbol, the bomb probably meant to detect the invisible flooring between the two lower areas. A phantom also uses the invisible flooring. I Hope thats helps you.
