Ice Temple

Hey every body I'm stuck at the ice temple been at it for 5 days now I'm at the begining as soon as you enter how do you get past the red and blue blocks I can't get the red ones down at the door that goes up please help me I have no idea how to do it. Thank you to who ever tells me I wouldnt be able to thank you enough!

Ok you throw a bomb at the ball switch then run to the right on that bridge...BE CAREFUL!!...and the you can enter that room..
