Defeating Giant Blooper in 5-6

I keep getting grabbed by the giant bloopers tentical! How do I escape if I'm picked up by the giant blooper? Or how do I avoid getting picked up? I keep dying before I even hit one of its legs! Please help - Thanks! =)

i am having the same problem sometimes i get away from him i'm not sure what button it is that makes him throw u in the air but the only answer i have found is to press all the buttons and blow in the mic and usually it doesn't work anyway, so have u figured it out yet i hate being stuck!!!

You can tell when a tentacle is coming toward you. The tentacle will cover its sucker thing.. then it will come to hit you. when you see it cover its sucker/eye thing then run! Then the tentacle will sit there and you hit it. If it is about to grab you it will come down and swing back and forth. dodge it then hit it. Hope that helps!

When you get trapped by gooper blooper simply press the d-pad left and right buttons which works easily, if you have a 3ds it's easier to use the analog stick instead. You will lose health but simply heal using the calm vibe.

To get away when it grabs you, press "left" and "right" simotaneously! Hope that helps!:D
