I already have 2 toads at 5-5, both sides, but I can't find the middle... Where is it?!? Help! S.O.S. T-T

go most of the way through the level until you get to a large sand pit with sad goombas running across it, go to the left of the sand pit and sink, the toad will be underneath the sand
