When the bomb's drop down from the sky pick them up. Then when it's about to explode jump up into bowser's eye( to do this move underneath bowser's eye and jump. You can also try to jump diagonally which works too). The bomb should then explode. If you lose any health just heal yourself using the health vibe. If you run out of power swallow a few bombs instead of using them to deafeat bowser which should replenish your power so you can continue to heal yourself. Once you feel you have enough health and power continue to hit bowser in the eye. When you reach his 4th life try to swallow a few bombs if you are low on power before hitting his eye. After hitting his eye he will lose his fourth life and will use the vibe scepter to heal himself. This will create a bubble. Pop the bubble using the rage vibe(which is why you need the power before you make him lose his fourth life). If you don't he will slowly regain all the lifes you have destroyed. Now he only has one life left. Destroy the life same way as before using the bombs. Then you will see peach hit bowser out of his villa and rescue mario and peach! I hope this works for you. It can be a bit frustrating to keep dying...but use this method and see if it helps.
