puzzle peice in 2-1 Hoo's Wood

I completed the game I have a problem in 2-1 hoos wood I can't get the last puzzle piece. When I come out the pipe see a paragoomba, a red paratroopa and a nipper plant. There is a wall blocking me - I know it has something to do with that paratroopa. Pls help.

All you have to do is go to the very first screen you started with ( the one with the tree things) go up the first tree and jump towards your left, there should be a pipe there that leads to the place I think you're talking about.
