Question for Super Mario 64 DS

Hhhheeellllpppp!!!!!I'm stuck on "eye to eye in the secret room"I don'get it,I know where it is and knowhow to get in.I just don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, go in as Luigi and go to the balcony, and you'll see King Boo hit the red ? Block and get invisible. (Defeat him if you want.) then go back through the door and you'll see a painting, jump through it and you'll see a giant Mr.eye wait until you're no longer invisible so it can see you, then run around it a whole bunch of times.

I'm extending the question here. How do you get INTO the room so you are able to go to the balcony?

Note: a Must be Luigi, beaten 'Go On A Ghost Hunt' and activated the
'? Switch'.

How To Get To The Secret Room:

On the second floor, enter the door on the far right. Then, go south and you will a red question block-It contains a power flower. Finally, hit and collect the power making Luigi invisible and find a picture of a ghost, and if you are still invisible, run through the painting.

Defeating:

Wait until you are visible because if your not the eye is unable to see you. Defeat the eye normally(run around it several times) and then collect your star.

Congratulations! You just completed "Eye To Eye In The Secret Room"!
