Get luige, go over to where the waterfall is, outside the castle to right, go up to the fence, face away from it, do a backward somersault (R+B) over to the strip of land on the other side, go toward the hill, face away from it, do a double jump in place, on the second jump move over to the hill holding the jump button to do a scuttle, when you land press B+B again, keep doing this till you get to the top, then jump on the castles tower thing, you won't slide off it, and there you are on the roof with three 1-UP mushrooms, a ? Block, and luiges rabbit!!!!

P.S. IT WORKS I TRIED IT!!!!!!
