Get at least 20 Stars.
At the mainhHall just in front of the entrance, stand in the "Sun Carpet", Switch to First Person View then look up in the Sun. You'll be teleported to a Secret Place and a Giant Red Switch will be in front of you. Step on it to make the "Red Boxes" solid.

You get a certain number of stars and in the main hall there will be light shining from the roof. Look up at it and you will be teleported to a secret area. You will see a tower and there will be a giant red switch. Fly down to it and you will be able to ground pound it to make all of the ! Blocks visible. There's also a secret star if you get all of the red coins.
