There is no key, unless you are trying to free Wario. Then you need to be Luigi, enter the room, grab a power flower, and run into the mirror. On the right, there is a picture of Wario. Jump in. Have a nice day, hope you beat Chief Chilly!

I know a way to get wario 1:go to the 2nd star place then fight the second bowser and get the mirror room key
