How do you get on the castle without 150 stars? Is it even possible? The reason I'm asking is because I'm stuck and I can't get half of the castle secret stars. If it isn't possible to get on the castle without 150 stars, could you at least give me useful hints and tips on getting all the castle secret stars? Sorry that this is so long.

Well, there is a way to get up onto the castle without collecting 150 stars. But it takes a LOT of skill, as even I as an experienced player couldn't master the trick.
To do it, you must be Luigi. Go outside and to the waterfall. Do his helicopter spin to get onto a bit of grass in the corner of the castle. Now, do the helicopter spin again to try to stand on the slope going up onto the castle. If you are standing & not falling back down, keep jumping up and try to reach the castle. This method is extremely difficult, but is the only method without using Action Replay.
