Cheif Chilly?Oh hes easy to find!First you have to go upstairs then go in the room with a star on it that has nothing around it.You have to be luigi though.You will see a bunch of power flowers.Get one then you will be invisible,go in to the mirror then go through the picture with wario on it.Also if you go in to the door in front of you in the mirror you will get a star.I'm an expert at super mario 64 ds.
