How do you "blast away the wall" in Whomp's Fortress (course 2) and what wall?

Head left at the beginning of the course. Go to the cannon and aim yourself to be shot at the sharp wall. Blast into it and a lot of it will be chipped off and you will get your star.

Where the cannon is in whomps fortress is you must enter the cannon. Aim at the part where there is 2 walls and the wood block that spins is above it. Aim a bit above the top right hand corner. If you hit the top right hand corner a star comes out. Then you aim the cannon at the start. Voila you just got yourself another star!!!
