You go to boo's coartyard and punch the largest boo and go in the cage then go up the stairs right inside of the mansion then open the last room to the right this will lead you to the libray run to the wall and position mario to the right jump on the platform and hit the ? Block collect the flower and keep tapping the jump button then youll see a door go in it and youll see a luigi picture jump in it and follow the laughs and there you have it
