We've managed to get on to level 4 but still can't get on to level 7. How do we do it? People have been saying to be really little but we can't find the tiny mushroom! Where will I find it? Also we've got on to the secret challenge mode but nothings changed!!! There's a red arrow at the top but thats all. What do we do next? Please help!!!! Thank you x

Find a Mini Mushroom in a toad house, go to whichever world is the ice world, and
If it's in your item storage: get to Petey Pirahna, and just wait until he's exposed after the 2nd hit, get your Mini Mushroom out, get it, then ground pound Petey.
If you start the castle as Mini Mario: Bad luck, you'll have to survive to the end of the castle AND get to Petey AND beat him; all without dieing ONCE.
