When I try to add a new game in so I can get cheat codes when I finsh the I.D. The screen gos blue and redish. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH IT???!!!

Well, Action Replays often cause these sorts of problems, it's long been known. You'd be better off not using it.
