Date of Question: Jun 16 2009 | Question ID: 143146 Hello my question is am I doing some thing wrong when I stand on the light in the middle of the floor and all it saying "a voice from up above saying hello mario" I deleted the game 3 times and started a new game and it's telling the same thing. Do I need to do some thing else. Thank you. |

Yes, you are doing something wrong. I'm not sure why you think that message means to delete your game...
First, you need to be playing as Mario. You nerd 8 Stars. Once you have them, go up the stairs and to the left, through the room with the character changes, through the Rec Room, and to the room with the painting of Mario. Jump, in, beat the level, switch to Mario, then try again.

All you have to do is change to Mario and when you have about 14 Stars, press X (in standard mode) and look into the light. It will send you to ? Switch tower. When you get their you can fly around and get the 8 red coins for a secret star but first fly down to the tower and jump on the red ? Switch which will turn red ? Boxes solid. Hope I helped
