I have beaten gronos on ziba and returned tho prizmod to pro. Kate, talked with the commander and given the other thing you got at the museum. Now jeena says to go to kollin and stock up items. What to do now?

Now, you just go to the shop on Kollin, buy some recovery items and excavation tools, or badges (not necessary). After that, go back to the patrol cruiser, and stand in front of the control panel of the cruiser (the thing you use for going to different planets) and press on the A button. Then you'll know what to do.
I was stuck there once 2 then I tried 2 fly to the service bay and the game progressed so just try 2 fly somewhere
