If I'm correct there is an evolution stone. Rainbow colored. Use it to evolve them.

Put them in the incubator thing on the lab system and get the cube that levels up your spectrobes or get the cube that evolves it (i think thats the rare cube Cyrus gives you when you give him the blue keystone from the ship)

There is a flower looking miniral called a elvole mineral you can use that to quicly elove your spectrobe
