I managed to beat Ix for the last 3 times so I'll help you out without any codes.
Final Battle with Ix Part 1:You have Knuckles,Shade,and 2 characters of your choice which I recommend Shadow for the third,and Big or E123-Omega for the last character. The key is to not hit the Power Pylons since Ix can automatically restore those. Only use POW moves whenever possible and if you run out,use a POW move healer. You only need to drain Ix's health to 800 just to beat him.
Final Battle with Ix Part 2:You have Sonic,Tails and 2 characters of your choice. Whoever you use will depend on your luck. I went with Rouge and Amy but you might have your own opinion. This time,Ix's health is 860. Just like in the previous fight,use POW moves whenever possible and use Tails's POW move Tinker to weaken Ix. Always remember to heal your PP whenever low. Do this for a few turns and you clear Part 2 with ease.
Final Battle with Ix Part 3:In this part,you only play as Super Sonic alone. All you do here is use POW moves constantly. You must try to dodge all of Ix's attacks since they deal about 800 points of damage. Once Ix has stopped attacking,now is your chance of a comeback. All you do is follow the beat which can deal 797 points of damage. If you keep it up without missing a single attack,you will be Ix in a single turn. Then you return home and you have a choice to view the credits. If you say no,now you have to play the entire thing again but you keep everything you have. This is called the + version. You face everyone again but this time,you start at level you were previously at. Everyone you meet will be at Level 1 but beat just one foe and they can gain 15-16 levels making them level 16 or 17. Play the entire story again and something good will happen. Hope this helps.
I find Knuckles & Shades combined POW move extremely helpful if done correctly! For me, it caused the most damage! Use Chao too, to see what their weakness are, then attach those chao to knuckles and shade to really maximise damage!
I havent played the game in a while, sorry I can't remember the name of the POW move!

The only way to defeat ix the finle form is to doge ixover lode bu inputing the corect combos an input thecoreect inuts to attack him and if you do the iputs proply you can attack ix in one go before her regenerates his hp
