Can I still get to the futre age when ive got 100% and i have another one which has had 95% then i polluted the city but no one visited me and the approval is 84 why?soz it was so long

Yes, you can. Destroy buildings until your approval is 70-76%, then pollute everything. Approval goes up when you build houses and stuff, and goes down when you destroy houses and stuff.
