My monsters dont work!

Only certain monsters do certain jobs, and they prefer to do them alone. For instance, the "Orcun" and "Gobby" species only harvest the fields. Also, they don't do it the day you tell them to, they start the day after. And they don't usually do their whole job at one time, but each day they do a little more than they did the day before. For example, one of my waterers (i forget what it's called) will water one more square than the day it did before.

Wait until 10:00am and they will start but they don't do all of your vegatables they just do some

First off, your monsters don't start working until 10 AM the day after you tell them to. Next, they each can only do one job , predetermined by their species. Third, Only one monster can do each job at a time. So if you tell 2 monsters to harvest, first at ten the first monster comes out and harvests all that he will harvest for the day (Get to that in a sec). Once he's done the second monster you told to harvest will come out and work all he will and so on until either there are no more monsters to do the job, or there is no more of that kind of work to be done. Lastly, the higher your friendship with each monster, the more work it will do before going back inside. Friendship goes up when you use the brush on them and down when they have nothing to eat. The higher your communication skill is, the more it goes up. Please note that it may not go up an entire Friendship point if your skill isn't high enough.
