I'm stuck on the quest "The boy who cried Lumineon". I can't find one anywhere, I've searched everywhere in the sea and I can't seem to find it. Where exactly is t?

It is located where you caught sharpedo, on Puel Sea. You have to pursue it just like you did with sharpedo. Once you have it return to the surface and talk to the fisherman. Quest clear! Hope this helps!

Go to the spot were you find Sharpeedo, and this time there will be a Lumineon with it.

It's at the same place where you find sharpedo. It's swimming quite fast so you have to catch up on it. After you catch the lumineon, talk to the boy.
