Capture Arena

Where is the capture arena, and how do you get there?

Actually, you cannot reach the Capture Arena from Pueltown. In order to reach the Capture Arena, you must get the Capture Arena card from Erma, then you must go to Haruba Village. From the pier on the east side of the village (where you can catch Sudowoodo), a Wailord awaits you. This is how you "sail" to the Capture Arena. Once you arrive, you can then fly there using any Staraptor.

I believe the Capture Arena is accessible by boat from Puel Town and available after you have beaten the storyline of the game. However, I haven't come that far to confirm that myself.
