Question for Pokemon Ranger

I need a code that makes you able to choose what level wild Pokemon come as because the one posted gives me masterball instead of heartscales

You can't catch Pokemon in this game. Sorry. This game doesnt even have masterballs or heartscales. Watch where you post next time..
