Question for Pokemon Ranger

Can some one tell me what and where or how to capture numbers
32
And
121

Those are the only two I need untill snorlax.

Field Move : None
Poke Assist: Ghost
Information: Ninjask darts around at dazzling speed while furriously flapping it's wings.
Location : Takle the trees in the forest north in ring town.

Number 121:

Name : Psyduck
Group : Water
Field Move : None
Poke Assist: Water
Information: Psyduck is a ladi-back Pokemon that likes to vaccantly float on water.
Location :You can catch him in the Summer city mini-game. Only after you catch 2 starmies.

For 32 go to ringtown in the forest.

For 121 go to the marine capture challenge in Summerland and capture 2 staryu to make starmie appear and then capture 2 starmie to make psyduck appear left of the lighthouse with the man and the pelipper.Hope this helps!
