Question for Pokemon Ranger

Where is Kyogre (cause I talked to everybody and nobody mentioned about Kyogre)please help -Thank you

You find him after you eat the game. Go to fall city and go into the ranger centre and when you leave you should get a message from prof. Hastings then you spend the night at his place and you start the mission. To go wintown for rayquaza and ringtown for groudon (tell spenser you're tired)

When you get the message from the professor you're going 2 do a lot of missions with water Pokemon goin crazy. When you beat all of them a whirlpool will come up and the yellow haired girl will tell you to go look at it. It'll suck you up and Kyogre will be there. After you beat him you got to go to the summer place and fight Groudon.

Well to get kyogre is to go to professer hastings lab in fall city and talk to him. He will ask if you want to sleep over. When you wake up, joel will come and tell you to come to the base and then he will tell you that there are whirlpools in the lake between summerland and fall city. He will send aria with you to investagate. When you get there, you ride lapras and you will get sucked into a whirlpool. Kyogre will be there.
