What I ment to say for question 2 is that can I restart the game and still have rangernet and the Manaphy egg

Yes, you will and it will say "If you wish to start a new game you will still have RangerNet and the Manaphy Egg Watch(Manaphy Egg). But you just won't be able to play special mission on RangerNet until you beat the game again. You can still see the egg though.

Yeah you can start a new game and still keep the egg and rangernet but all your Pokemon data and stuff will be lost
