I need help on beating steelix my styler keeps breaking cause if you touch him you lose energy and it's hard to make a circle around him my styler is at lvl 13 I'm trying to get it to a higher lvl but it's hard to do inside the cave so if anyone can tell me how to get steelix I would appreciate it

Wait till he's making loop-the-loops (going around in circles) and use your Minun/Pulse on him. He should then curl up. Then,as fast you can, make the loops around him and capture him. Note:: Make sure your stylers gauge is at a decent level for Pulse/Minun's attck to be effective.
You could always try and level up a bit first.
When I got up to him I had a bit of trouble and it was annoying me so I leveled up and use a dark poke assist, this doubles the length of the capture line and makes it easier to circle the huge Steelix.
It also helps to have a strong electric pokemon so that if your styler energy gets low you can recharge it.
I then circled the steelix, hitting each side of the touch screen.
This helped me keep the capture circle as large as I could.
P.S. When drawing the capture cicles don't draw it to the corner as this just makes it harder to draw circles quickly.

Just keep trying aswell, that is important. Don't just give up because it is hard. That is what I do and it doesn't do you any good.
One more thing, if you are tired everything is harder so if you become a bit drowzee, funny, just have a sleep, it will probably help.
Catch a sneevil and when you use minum/plusule to paralize steelix when he is going around in a circule (spining around) use sneevil to go around long.
Make sure you have a full partner gauge. When he comes back on to the screen, there's your chance to parylyze it. Try not to touch it thuogh. I had trouble too.
The trick to this game is to use your Pokemon to help you at all times when you are in need. So use Pokemon assists on steelix and spin the stlyer fast.
