How do I beat charizard for the first time in the 3 challenges?

I have no Pokemon friends with me
I only have my Pokemon partner with me which is a plusle. Its partner gauge has 4 bars. But only 1 bar is almost full.

I tried & filled all 4 bars in the parnter gauge. But after I do that my styler energy is half gone or much less. But styler still brakes.
My styler energy is 27/27
Styler lever is 11.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
