A good technique is to stand back and observe the red sensors then proceed when you think it's the right timing.On the second floor of the sensors,the key is it's cycles.When they are all lined up on the top,pass through the bottom to continue forward.The next sensors has the same appeals to the previous one excluding the difficultys.Wait until the sensors on the side are at the bottom and the middle one is on the top.Go on the top path and left two tiles then let the tiles move once then take the left once and move down once then you should be close to the next floor.The next sequences are pretty much easy.Wait until all the tiles are lined up on the left and quickly take the right.Do the same steps once more then once you reached down the stairs,go left and battle with the grunt.Hoped I helped.
