Omg! I broke a mushroom looking thing in Wintown and watered a vine. I climed it and two ghastlys where floating around. Anyway so I went across the room and melted a ice block. Now behind these curtains theres a rock Pokemon and I have to cicle him about 20 times. I keep losing! I was so close. I circled compelety and the number of how many points I get was showing but he jumped and I lost it. What Pokemon would be good to use on him. Sorry I forgot his name.

Try to stay clear of Regirock.You do not need a pokeassist as he is too easy.
I remember using a Grass Pok� Assist to capture Regirock. A strong Ground Pok� Assist should suffice as well as it frustrates Regirock's movement.
I acually used a water assist and a fighting assist at the same time
