Manaphy?

How do get Manaphy to transfer from Pokemon Ranger to Pokemon Diamond? I've tried all of the cheats that I've seen so far, and none of them worked. Please, please help me! Manaphy is the ONLY Pokemon on Pokemon Diamond that I haven't caught yet! Please, if someone could help me, that would be terrific. Thank you!

I think you have to have wifi. I don't no because I have the same problem except I don't have every Pokemon except manaphy
