Mantine and Psyduck

Okay, I need to know what Pokemon I need to capture in the marine capture challenge to get Mantine and Psyduck. I can't find them!!

To get psyduck you need to capture two goldeen and two seaking then in the deep water shaped like ______

( ) inside the first lines it's deep the it gets shallow again

(______) that......... Cept it might be more round
