Is it true when you do those net missions you can trade the legendaries to Pokemon diamond or pearl???If so how??

No, you can not trade the legendaries to Diamond and Pearl. The onl way to get them in Diamond and Pearl is to trade them from a GBA game or trade them with another player. (Nintendo Events are over)
