Where con I catch Pokemon R103 and R-211

Pokemon R211 is Deoxys which you can only capture after beating the game and unlocking Ranger net.the special mission name for catching Deoxys would be Gain Deoxys`s Trust?!.Hope I helped alot, sincerly: Me,Myself and I.

R211 (Deoxys)can only be obtained by getting the Ranger Net and doing the first mission sucessfully. To get the Ranger Net, you have to have beaten the Go-Rock Boss. R103 (Porygon) is invisible in the Dusk Factory ONLY after you have beaten the Go-Rock Boss.

R103 is Porygon- Night Duty Factory (they're invisible)
The Ranger Pokedex only goes up to 210.

R-103 #: Porygon. Porygon can be found in Dusk Factory. It is invisible, but just walk around, you might surprise it and blow it's cover. Once you are capturing it, if you draw random circles in the field you'll find it.

R-211 #: Deoxys. Once you've beaten the game, Ranger Net offers the special mission: Gain Deoxys's Trust?!. NOTE: It can only be captured in it's Normal Forme.
