How do you get regice because they never have said were it is if someone answers thank you

I don't remember that Pokemon in the game.

The regies are in 3 diffrents caves..
Regie stell: when you get to fall city your a the bace righ the go left towards the cave. You will need 2 Pokemon that can use a vine, and 3 or so harivama or machamp.
I will give you the other reggies locations when I get them my self

It is somewhere in the cave south of wintown, somewhere, it is pretty hard, but you need the blaziken.
