OK I need help with my pokedex, I have seen 488 Pokemon in my pokedex and I don't cheat! I need celebi for my pokedex how do I get him???

Celebi cannot be found in Pokemon Platinum. You can only obtain one by Trade, Migration (Pal Park), or an Action Replay Code.

If you have Pokemon Emerald, FireRed, Ruby, LeafGreen, or Sapphire, you can migrate one to Pal Park on Route 221. You could also trade or use this Action Replay Code to have him when you talk to the Scientist behind the desk in the Oreburgh Mining Museum:
