How do you get rotom to evolve?
Mine is at level 100 and it didnt evolve into fan rotom, sombody help me!!!

Rotom doesn't evolve. If you would like to change Rotom's Form, you need to have received the Secret Key Event. If you didn't receive it, you cannot change Rotom's Form.

Rotom does not evolve. Fan Rotom (along with the other forms of Rotom) can be obtained when you take your Rotom to a special room. This room is only accessable though the event item Secret Key. However, you can trade your Rotom to a HeartGold or SoulSilver game and take it to the Silph Co. Building and use the items there.
