Question for Pokemon Platinum
I use R4 system to play Pokemon diamond and I want to know if Pokemon can be migrated from other versions in R4 system.And also I would like to if there is any to sure catch a wild Pokemon.

You probably can't because the R4 will be the card reading the GBA game, not Pokemon Platinum Version.
