I sold my orbs when I didnt know I would need them. Now I want them back. How can I get my orbs back?

I'm not sure if you can get them again. Try looking where you first found them, they may respawn. If not, you will need to trade for them.
I wasn't aware it was possible to sell the Orbs before you get Palkia or Dialga.
