Don't press the B button before it evolves, that's the only advice I can give. There may be something wrong with your game.

Combee evolves at level 21. It must be female to evolve. If it is holding an Everstone, it will not evolve. If you press the B button while it is trying to evolve, it will cancel the evolution. If Combee meets all requirements, but it is still not evolving, then there is something wrong with your game. It might be physically damaged, or it could be the product of hacking.

Poor thing. Is your Pokemon holding an everstone? Are you pressing b before it evolves? Poor thing caught in a mystery like this ooooooooooh!

Hey I think theres seriously something wrong with yr game card and you should like, sell it off to an unwitting comics connection store owner for the same price or you can ditch it if you don't wanna cheat people. If you have valuable Pokemon inside trade to another gbs game you play by borrowing yr good friends ds.
