You don't. Mew is an event only pokemon. There is no event currently active that involves Mew. You must trade for one or migrate one.

There won't be any events for Pokémon Platinum Version at all anymore. Nintendo is currently focusing on Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version.Guest answered:
There is no way for Mew to appear in the wild without cheating, trading, or migrating.
