That happens A LOT. I am upset this happens to me. But you have WPA internet, you need a no security, or WEP internet to work on you're pokemon. The new Pokemon B/W has that fixed so I can use GTS there!
(I mean you need a WEP or no security internet, you can view it by goin to: settings
