If you find the Adamant Orb somewhere in Mt. Coronet or obtain one by trade, you can find Dialga on Spear Pillar inside the Blue Gem.
You can also obtain a Dialga by Trade or an AR Code.

If you obtain certain items, you can meet Dialga and Palkia on Spear Pillar on top of Mt. Coronet.
I just got Platnium and trying to unlock it's mysterious secrets. This, catching Dialga and Palkia on Mt. Coronet, is one of those unlocked mysteries.
Don't forget to talk to Prof. Oak after finishing to have Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos too!!!
