I would recommend your Pokemon have Levels between 55-60 for the first time facing the Pokemon League.
I would recommend your Pokemon have Levels between 75-80 for the second time (and beyond) facing the Pokemon League.

I recommend level 58 as the lowest level your Pokémon should be at when taking the Pokémon League challenge.

I suggest 60 and up, with type advantages. Since you have 8 gym badges lv 100 Pokemon WILL obey you, so yeah...
