Marking Map? Any help?

<BR>I have the general poketch programs: calculator, dowsing machine, etc. I also have defeated the elite four, defeated Cyrus and Team Galactic, caught a few legendary Pokemon, met with Prof. Oak about the legendary birds and now I need the marking map program to find them. However, when I scroll through my poketch, I can only find the berry searcher and no marking map. Is there somewhere I need to go to get it or is there something wrong with my game specifically? Any help is greatly appreciated!
