HM08 (Rock Climb) can be found on Route 217. It can be found under the house that is owned by the man who is looking for the HM.

Iooked there but i found rock polish or somthing im playing in jappinese so i mite be rongRegfino answered:
To get Rock climb go to Snow point city. Next go to Route 217. Go behind the house in this position
Search around the babk of the house.
