In the secret area of Wayward cave you can catch Gible. In the main area you have to help Mira (same idea as Cheryl in the Eterna Forest).
You have to help Riley (same idea as Cheryl and Mira). You also can get a Riolu egg.

When you bring the (now long over) event item Oak's Letter to this rock you can battle Shaymin.
Only place you can catch Togepi in the wild (in any game that I am aware of).
More rare-ish Pokemon.
