I want to evolve my sneasel to weavile . Where can I get a razor fang?
And how do I make a Pokemon feel happy so that it may evolve?

The Razor Claw can be found somewhere on Route 224.
To make a Pokemon happy, put it first in your Party. In other words, uses it in battle a lot. When it gets hurt in battle, heal it immediately. Also, feed it lots of poffins.

The Razor Claw can be found on Route 224, in Victory Road, and in the Galactic Veilstone Building through the use of the itemfinder.
Happiness can be raised by having the Pokemon in your party (1st position) and walking around (250+ steps for 1 point), not letting it faint, not letting it suffer with a status condition, gaining a level, massages, and so on. Using potions do NOT affect happiness.
